Terms of service
The company D.B.F. S.r.l., VAT no. 09221891212 is the legal owner of the Sartoriale brand, which it markets and distributes in Italy and Europe through its stores and its website (hereinafter the "Site"), of which it is the legal owner.
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter General Conditions), govern the purchase of D.B.F. products. S.r.l. (hereinafter Products), carried out online through the Site. These purchases are reserved for users of the Site who intend to make use of the Product sales services (hereinafter Customers).
The Customer is required to get informed about and read these General Conditions before completing the purchase on the Site. Such information, in fact, is to be understood as read, understood and fully accepted by the Customer at the moment of placing a purchase order.
The Customer must therefore comply with these General Conditions and consider D.B.F. S.r.l. exempt from any conditions other than those in force and previously agreed in writing.
PRODUCTS
The Products available on the Site for online purchases are: clothing, footwear and accessories. All Products are subject to current availability. D.B.F. S.r.l. reserves its right to vary the limits on the quantities and/or types of items that can be purchased on the Site at any time. The Customer will be promptly informed if his/her order should result as NOT executable due to unavailability of the ordered item.
PRICES
On the Site, the prices of the Products are expressed in € (Euros). Delivery costs are excluded, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
D.B.F. S.r.l. constantly checks that all the prices present on the Site are correct; however this does NOT represent any guarantee for the absence of potential errors. In the event that an error is found in the price of an item, D.B.F. S.r.l. will give the Customer the chance of reconfirming the purchase of the Products at the correct price or, alternatively, of cancelling it.
PROMOTIONS
D.B.F. S.r.l. reserves its right to create special conditions of sale or promotions on the Products on its site. The conditions applied to the promotions will be regulated each time by D.B.F. S.r.l. through specific communications to its Customers. Unless otherwise regulated, these General Conditions will be deemed applicable.
REGISTRATION
In order to complete a purchase on the Site you must be registered. The procedure for registering on the Site requires filling in an electronic form, whose fields need to be filled in with the Customer's personal data and e-mail address. These data will be processed in accordance with current privacy protection legislation. Following registration, the Customer will be assigned a personal account, which he will be able to access only by a strictly confidential username and password. It will be the Customer's responsibility not to disclose his password to third parties for any reason.
The Customer will be held responsible for any irregular actions and behaviours and in contrast with the regulations in force or with these General Conditions, committed by anyone who uses his/her personal account on his/her behalf. The Customer is required to promptly notify D.B.F. S.r.l. any theft, loss or loss of his/her password, as well as any misuse by third parties of his/her account or his/her password he/she should become aware.
PURCHASE METHOD
For the purchase of the Products, the Customer must complete and send to D.B.F. S.r.l. the purchase order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must add the product in the appropriate "shopping bag" and, after viewing and accepting the contribution for delivery costs, as well as the General Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the conditions regulating the right of withdrawal, must select the type of payment desired and choose the "place order" option.
PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
With the order confirmation, the Customer sends D.B.F. S.r.l. a purchase proposal, acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the procedure performed and to fully accept the General Conditions. The purchase is considered done when the Customer obtains the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card used for the payment or from the confirmation e-mail, if he has chosen different payment methods (e.g. C.O.D., bank transfer).
The order sent by the Customer will be binding for D.B.F. S.r.l. only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any error being reported by the Site. D.B.F. S.r.l. is not liable for malfunctions caused by the data transmission network manager.
D.B.F. S.r.l. will send the Customer, by e-mail, a confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer, containing the essential characteristics of the Products purchased, the date and time of placing the order, the address of D.B.F. S.r.l., the detailed indication of the price, the payment method chosen by the Customer, the delivery costs. The Customer must immediately verify the content of the communication and immediately report to D.B.F. S.r.l. any errors or omissions.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related shipping costs by credit card or bank transfer.
D.B.F. S.r.l. never gets to know the details of the credit card and other financial information, and is therefore unable to file or store them in any way.
The transaction will be charged to the Customer only after verification by the card issuer.
PAYMENTS
D.B.F. S.r.l. offers its customers different types of payment:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- No other methods of payment are accepted.
The financial information of the Customer who purchases on the D.B.F. S.r.l. (credit card number, credit card expiry date and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by our bank, and will never be possessed or known by D.B.F. S.r.l.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS
On the D.B.F. S.r.l. Site credit cards from the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners circuits are accepted in the safest way to date, with the additional guarantee of the Mastercard Securecode and Verified by VISA services.
PAYMENT BY IMMEDIATE MYBANK TRANSFER
The Customer can place an immediate online transfer using the home banking service of his/her bank, which can be accessed with his/her personal credentials. Personal data is not stored, digital identity and sensitive data always remain protected.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
The Customer can choose to pay by bank transfer. The order request will be confirmed by an e-mail sent by one of our Customer Service representatives, who will send him/her the bank data and details for the bank transfer. The items will be kept aside until our bank account is credited with the Customer’s bank transfer.
SHIPPING AND TAXES
In Italy, shipments are free unless otherwise indicated. The sale or shipment to countries other than ITALY is not carried out.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For the delivery of the purchased items, the Customer can choose his residence, his domicile, his/her work address, or the private address of a natural person of his/her choice; due to security reasons, NO shipments to PO boxes is possible.
Moreover, it must be remarked that only the address information entered at the time of the order will be considered as valid. For each order placed on the Site, D.B.F. S.r.l. issues an invoice for the items shipped, indicating the value of the individual items, pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000 and to the Legislative Decree 52/2004. The invoice is attached to the parcel. For the issuance of the invoice, only the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
As a rule, the delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are free and are made by express courier. Orders will be shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday excluding holidays and public holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. The Products will be shipped within a maximum period of 10 (ten) working days starting from the day following the order placement by the Customer to D.B.F. S.r.l.. The estimated delivery times for Italy and Europe vary from 1 to 3 working days; D.B.F. S.r.l. is not responsible for unpredictable delays or due to force majeure.
For the delivery of the items, the presence of the Customer or his/her representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon arrival of the items, the Customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, the Customer is requested to sign under reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature, or in case of evidence of tampering with the package, the Customer is requested to immediately contact the courier and notify D.B.F. S.r.l. info@danielebeunoshop.it
If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the Customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any Customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
If D.B.F. S.r.l. is unable to deliver the items ordered due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the products, the Customer will be promptly notified and, in any case, no later than 10 (ten) days, by e-mail. The amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded by the same method the payment was received.
RETURNS, CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
D.B.F. S.r.l. intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the unworn, unused and undamaged items, as well as accompanied by their invoice, can be returned for a size change, or refund by IBAN within 14 DAYS from the date the Customer has received the items.
To request the return authorization, the Customer needs to send a request to the e-mail address: info@danielebeunoshop.it The e-mail must contain both the code of the item to be returned and the desired compensation: size exchange or refund.
Once the return request has been received, D.B.F. S.r.l. will send the Customer a written confirmation, with detailed instructions. In the event that the Customer chooses the discount voucher, he/she will have to use it within 30 days from its reception.
D.B.F. S.r.l. reserves its right to refuse the return of those items that do not comply with the above requirements.
Products purchased online cannot be refunded or returned to physical stores.
The Customer is charged with the delivery costs for returning the Products, unless otherwise indicated; any costs sustained by the Customer for the redelivery will not be refundable; the costs sustained by D.B.F. S.r.l. for any customs clearance of the returned items will be deducted from the refund amount. D.B.F. S.r.l. will not be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for those returned items that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the confirmed order, he needs to send an e-mail to info@danielebrunoshop.it within 24 hours from the moment the order was placed.
ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
D.B.F. S.r.l. aims at providing constantly updated information on the Site. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the Site is completely free from any errors.
The Site could contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which could refer to the price, the availability of the Product and the information sheet of the same.
D.B.F. S.r.l. reserves its right to amend errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and it also reserves its right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
D.B.F. S.r.l. guarantees the authenticity of all the Products purchased on the Site. The Sartoriale branded Products are manufactured with the best materials and are handcrafted.
All Products are made in Italy. D.B.F. S.r.l. is NOT to be held responsible if the colours of the Products displayed on the site are different from the original ones, due to a particular configuration of the devices (PC/notebook/tablet/mobile phone, etc.) used by the Customer or to their malfunction.
It is possible that the D.B.F. S.r.l. decides to bring changes to the models in the production phase or even decides not to produce them. In such cases, D.B.F. S.r.l. will contact the customer in order to obtain express approval of the changes and proceed with the shipment or the cancellation of the order with a consequent refund.
All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, shape marks, images, characters, designs, music, videos, software, codes and format scripts are the exclusive property of D.B.F. S.r.l.. The material contained in the site is protected by copyright. No page or content of this Site may be reproduced, even partially, without prior and express written authorisation.
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
DBF S.r.l. reserves its right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes, modifications, cancellations or additions will take effect immediately after their publication on the Site.
In the event that disputes arise concerning the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale between DBF S.r.l. and the Customer, such disputes are referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of...
