Exchange and return policy

Have you chosen a wrong size? Aren’t you happy with your purchase? There is no problem: you can ask both for an exchange and/or a refund.

Take all the time you need to examine your items, as you have 14 days available (starting from the moment we receive your order) to ask for the exchange/return.

Return Policy

Customers can return one or more items purchased on the website www.sartoriale.shop by and no later than 14 days (starting from the moment we receive your order) for size exchange, refund or e-store credit. The items must be returned in the original packaging, intact and with all the internal and external labels and tags still present.

Moreover, their tags must not have been removed nor altered in any way nor washed. For items in the "Outlet" section and for those discounted from -50% to -70%, size change and returns with monetary refund will not be accepted; it will only be possible to request an e-store credit.

 

Exchange/return procedure

1. To request return authorization, customers need to send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: resi@danielebrunoshop.it. The e-mail must include specifically: · the order number, · the codes of the items the customer needs to return and the service he would like to get: size exchange or refund/e-store credit. Once the e-mail has been received, DBF s.r.l. will send the customer a written confirmation and this will make it possible to proceed with the return.

2. The return must be made by a courier service chosen by the customer, who must add the invoice containing the order number and the previously received receipt inside the package.

3. The return shipment will be charged to the customer and must take place by and no later than 14 days from the moment he/she received the order (Warning: DBF s.r.l. will NOT be take accountable for any loss or damage to the items during the return shipment)

4. The customer must ship to the following address:

IMPORTANT:

In case of a size change, the return shipment will always be paid by the customer, while DBF s.r.l. will pay for the subsequent one.

It is possible to request a size change just once for each order and only to request a different size of the purchased item, NOT a different one.

For items in the "Outlet" section and for those discounted from -50% to -70%, size change and returns with monetary refund will not be accepted; it will only be possible to request an e-store credit.

Refunds

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase and by the same payment method originally used for the order, in the case of orders placed COD (cash on delivery), the customer must indicate by e-mail the bank account where he wishes to be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

Defective items

In case the customer receives defective items or any errors occur in shipments by DBF s.r.l., please follow the same directions mentioned above. DBF s.r.l. reserves its right to ask for photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective items and sustaining the shipping costs for the return of items.
