Purchasing from DBF S.r.l. is simple and safe. Customers will have to look at the collections, choose the item and order its shipment. Thanks to the exclusive service and unmistakable style of DBF S.r.l., shopping will turn into a unique moment. Each item is accompanied by a descriptive sheet, containing information on the model, price, composition, sizes and colours.

By clicking on ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag which allows you to continue browsing the other pages of the site, awaiting order confirmation. At any time it is possible to add new purchases or, with the CANCEL ITEM function, to exclude the already selected ones. By clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link, the prices of the individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, still partial and not confirmed, are indicated.

By clicking on SEND ORDER, online shopping is completed. If you are already a DBF S.r.l. customer, just enter your email and password and the system will automatically recognize you as a previous customer.

If, on the other hand, it is your first visit to the DBF S.r.l. online store, you need to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link), in order to enter the data useful to the items purchase and shipment.

Once registration is complete, the system will memorize the information and the Customer will be automatically recognized in case of subsequent visits.

● DBF S.r.l. offers for sale, on DBF S.r.l., the items and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers".

● When we speak of "consumer", we refer to any natural person acting on DBF S.r.l. purposes not referable to one's commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, possibly carried out. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to abstain from concluding commercial transactions on DBF S.r.l.

● In consideration of its commercial policy, DBF S.r.l. reserves its right not to process orders placed by subjects other than the "consumer", or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

● These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for items on DBF S.r.l. among users of DBF S.r.l.

● However, the General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of items by parties other than DBF S.r.l. that are present on DBF S.r.l. via links, banners or other hyperlinks.

● DBF S.r.l. reserves its right to cancel and/or cancel any order and for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items).

Obviously, cancellation of the order is Immediately followed by the relative reimbursement of the entire amount spent; refund will occur with the same payment method used to make the purchase.

  • The essential characteristics of the items are presented on the DBF S.r.l. website within each item sheet. The images and colours of the items offered for sale on the DBF S.r.l. website. However, they may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor in use. item prices may be subject to updates. Be sure of checking the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
  • The increase or decrease in the selling price is our unquestionable choice and it can even take place just a few seconds after you place your order.
  • DBF S.r.l., in case of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of items that do not present their own original tags or guarantee seal, of items that have been altered in their essential and qualitative features or that have been damaged.
  • Being a catalogue comparable by law to mail order, DBF S.r.l. reserves its right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of errors in the publication of prices or items on sale. In this case the customer will obviously be reimbursed for any expenses sustained.


SHIPMENTS


Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €149.

DBF S.r.l. carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world only through the express courier service. All items shipped by DBF S.r.l. are carefully packed. Together with the goods shipped DBF S.r.l. will insert the invoice in the package (or where requested by e-mail) indicating in detail the prices of the items purchased.

FREE INSURANCE

DBF S.r.l. covers all shipments with a free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment the items are delivered.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders duly completed and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from DBF S.r.l., only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the following Tuesday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

DBF S.r.l. offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, made available by its partner couriers. Customers will receive an e-mail or SMS confirming the shipment of the items and containing the code (tracking number) provided by the courier: this will allow them to track their shipment at any time.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary according to the destination areas of the items. ITALY (DDP): shipping is approximately expected within 3/5 days starting from the moment when the order is placed, depending on their availability.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Once the items have been delivered, it is up to the Customers to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the package is tampered with or not intact, Customers can either sign the delivery receipt under reserve or even refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported both to the local forwarding agent's office and to DBF S.r.l., by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the items, any shipping costs necessary to return the package to DBF S.r.l. will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If, for any reason, the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to DBF S.r.l. at the expense of the Customer. In this case DBF S.r.l. will take care to deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
